Truth in Loan Lawsuit Against Delaware Title Loans Inc. Heads to Federal Court

Ballard Spahr’s attorneys on Wednesday withdrew a class action lawsuit against Delaware Title Loans Inc. in the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. The suit, for alleged violation of the Truth in Lending Act, was filed by Philadelphia Consumer Law. The case is 2:21-cv-04170, Fenwick vs. Delaware Title Loans, Inc.
